Working with federal and state agencies to bring hospital-to-home recovery within reach for Veterans, aging Americans, and underserved communities.
Where the Gaps Are
Intensive support ends at discharge. The gap between hospital and full independence has a cost — in lives, caregiver burden, and long-term public expenditure.
Prosperous Robotics exists to help public systems do something better: restore independence, reduce burden, and improve quality of life for the people who need it most.
Veterans & VA
Founded by a 100% service-disabled veteran with lived understanding of the gaps Veterans face after discharge. Federal contracting is managed through Prosperous Healthcare, structured for VA pilots, program evaluations, and federal health channels.
“...a pilot program to evaluate the use of advanced mobility rehabilitation technologies, including robotic walking assistive devices, to improve mobility, enhance rehabilitation outcomes, and reduce fall risk among aging and mobility-impaired veterans residing in State Veterans Homes.”
Prosperous Robotics has helped advance federal dialogue around mobility rehabilitation, falls prevention, and veteran independence through House and Senate appropriations engagement. The FY27 white paper proposes a Mobility Rehabilitation and Falls Prevention Pilot Program under VA Medical Services with $10 million for a pilot in State Veterans Homes.
Heroes.AI and connected rehabilitation hardware support stroke survivors in rebuilding movement, hand function, and independence at home — with real-time clinical oversight.
South Dakota is becoming the hub of technology and innovation in the Midwest. Being embedded in the state as it builds its technology infrastructure means we are not pitching to join a system that already exists — we are helping to shape one.
Prosperous Robotics maintains a South Dakota footprint through the USD Discovery District, supporting research collaboration, workforce development, and manufacturing ambitions grounded in the state.
The infrastructure we are building in South Dakota is designed to be scalable — a model that other rural health systems across the country can learn from and replicate.
South Dakota Rural Health Transformation Fund
South Dakota is rapidly becoming the Midwest's technology hub. Through the Rural Health Transformation Fund, we're helping build lasting infrastructure for caregiver support, recovery intelligence, and technology-enabled home care — a scalable model other rural systems can replicate.
The South Dakota RFP specifically calls for caregiver education, stress reduction, community resource use, support groups, and respite-provider promotion. That is the statewide infrastructure Prosperous is building.
How We Work With Government
Federal contracting is managed through Prosperous Healthcare, our government contracting arm. SDVOSB-certified and positioned to support VA set-asides, federal pilots, and agency partnerships with a service-disabled veteran-led company.
Technology for Government
Three connected layers built for real-world government deployment.
AI-guided therapy programs, measurable goal tracking, education tools, and reporting for therapists, caregivers, and program administrators. Designed for continuity of care beyond the clinic visit.
Smart rehabilitative hardware that delivers guided therapy to the body and feeds real-time movement data back into the platform. Clinician-adjustable, remotely managed, designed for independent home use.
Family and professional caregiver tools built for the reality of home-based recovery. Monitoring, support programming, and program-level outcome data for agencies and health systems.
Prosperous Robotics exists to help public systems do something better: restore independence, reduce burden, and improve quality of life for the people who need it most. If that mission connects with your work, we would like to hear from you.
